Thaer Mukbel is still hanging around in Malta

Thaer Mukbel, the Palestinian immigration consultant with an office in Quebec, who works for the Jordanian Hani Hasan Naji Al Salah, and who is going his damnedest to push this University of Baksheesh, was in the lobby at the Hilton this afternoon.
Still hanging around trying to get acres of ODZ land for free from Joseph the Very Good Salesman for Malta, I see.
