Well, at least it isn’t ‘Beware of the trees’

I’m told that the government is planning to introduce the teaching of English as a foreign language to Maltese people.

They should start with themselves.

‘Care for the trees’, indeed.

So what’s the translation, I hear you ask? There isn’t one. English signs of this nature take the form of orders NOT to do something, so it would be DON’T DAMAGE THE TREES.
