Andrew Taylor of Henley & Partners has told the website Expat Forum that Malta’s sale of citizenship has already brought in 450 million euros, and that hundreds of applications for Maltese citizenship have been received – from 40 countries but mostly from “Russia, China and South-East Asia”.
