Air Malta chairman’s boyfriend put on public payroll with CHOGM organising committee

Air Malta chairman Maria Micallef’s boyfriend, Raymond Bugeja, has been put on the public payroll, working for the CHOGM organising committee.
This is an 11th-hour appointment by chief Phyllis Muscat (who for the last few summers has been hosting the prime minister and his wife on her Mellieha-moored boat on Sundays) following the departure from the organising committee of destination-management-company-owning Taghna Lkoller David Mangion.
