Family Minister Michael Farrugia, seen here with his girlfriend Amanda Mifsud (who has been put on the state payroll in a senior position at Identity Malta): he wants “immediate action to be taken” to make ministers’ offices in Parliament House “less transparent visually and auditory”.

The Opposition whip, David Agius, has been mistakenly included in a chain of emails between government ministers complaining that their offices in Parliament House are “too transparent”.

The Foreign Minister thinks he is “a sitting-duck or a target in a lit-up aquarium for any hothead or jihadist wanting to make a case for whatever extremist group” because the windows are not tinted or bullet-proof.

Family Minister Michael Farrugia, who is divorced and whose long-term girlfriend Amanda Mifsud has been put on the state payroll in a senior position at Identity Malta, writes: “I believe action should be taken immediately to make our parliamentary offices less transparent visually and auditory.”

Perhaps Miss Mifsud is planning something exciting for his birthday.

Paranoia is setting in.
