Joseph (Joe) Vella Bonnici, a failed Labour Party candidate in the last general election who was made executive chairman of the government’s new ‘passport control’ organisation, Identity Malta, as his consolation prize, has now put his brother Tano Vella Bonnici on the payroll there.
