Smartening up the city: the relaxed attitude towards parking and driving in Valletta’s pedestrian zones has caught on with those who think they may as well lie down and take a snooze in the heat.
That’s the Prime Minister’s official car parked right there on the pedestrian area next to the napping lout – you know, the one he bought for the family but then leased to the state at 7,000 euros a year and carried right on using.
