This is the worst indictment yet of Sai Mizzi (and Kurt Farrugia)

Mrs Konrad Mizzi sped back to China after the prime minister’s press conference last Tuesday in which he twice told her to shut up, and yesterday met the Opposition leader in Shanghai just before he returned to Malta.

Soon after the meeting in Shanghai, the prime minister’s head of communications, Kurt Farrugia – who was not there but in Malta – sent out this outrageous tweet.

He was not privy to what was discussed at Mrs Mizzi’s meeting with the Opposition leader, and he should not have been made privy to it.

Even if he was made privy to their conversation in an inappropriate and highly questionable manner – either because Mrs Mizzi illicitly recorded her conversation with the Opposition leader and sent the recording to the prime minister’s communications office, or because Kurt Farrugia rang her for a debriefing, she complied, and he managed to decipher her terrible English – he should have known enough to keep it secret.

Instead the ruddy idiot made it public in a tweet, because – still the Super One and Maltastar reporter – he just couldn’t resist it.
