A picture of Konrad Mizzi’s flat with freshly-coated windows

This is a photograph of the Health & Energy Minister’s flat near the Nazarene church and all those coffee shops on the xatt in Sliema.
The windows were coated with mirror-film shortly after I reported that passers-by frequently spot him in nothing but his boxer-shorts talking on the phone on his balcony. All the man had to do was 1. put on clothes before going on out his balcony, 2. speak on his phone while wearing boxer shorts only indoors.
