American University of Malta holds summit in Valletta coffee shop

Thaer Mukbal and co-conspirators were at a café outside St John’s Cathedral this morning. The man in the white shirt, seated facing the camera, is Daniel Abela of RedOrange, the deputy prime minister’s nephew, who handles public relations/public affairs for the American University of Malta.
