Disgraced former European Commissioner John Dalli, wanted by the police in Malta just two years ago (we know all about that) and under investigation for his company’s involvement in a multi-million-dollar-scam pulled by Marie Eloise Corbin Klein, was seated at table, cool as a sleazy cucumber, at the President’s Ball of the August Moon yesterday night.

Sadly, those who drew up in astonishment when they saw him, and told me, felt too awkward about bringing out their phones and snapping the crook.

So you shall have to use your imagination and content yourselves instead with a picture of the man who engaged him as his consultant, and his spouse.
