Patrick Dalli (married to the cabinet minister) is a painter of life studies of the nude (among other things to do with development).
The former Police and Army Minister, a most unattractive sexagenarian in a very strange shape, has seen Dalli’s latest work on Facebook and understood that he paints the unbeautiful, naked.

Looks like he’s gearing up for when he’s reappointed to the cabinet: a nude portrait for the Foreign Ministry’s boardroom wall, with his hands strategically placed.
