Last night Peter Paul Zammit, the government’s freshly created Head of Security for International Events and a former Commissioner of Police, threw a barbecue on the roof of his house (I could write a disquisition about this practice, but don’t wish to offend the innocent) at Triq Artilleri in Marsascala.
This photograph was taken at 10pm. Two patrol officers, while on duty, parked their patrol car outside his house and went in for the barbecue. They were spotted on the roof.
