No wonder Identity Malta chief Vella Bonnici refused to reply to my calls and emails

I have just received the following message in confidence, from somebody who missed altogether the post which I put up with photographs of Identity Malta chief Joe Vella Bonnici and his son Marc showing a non-European couple around property in The Gardens, St Julian’s.

Daphne, you might want to look into how certain high-net-worth Pakistanis approached Identity Malta to purchase Maltese passports and ended up going around with the executive chairman himself, Joe Vella Bonnici, to look at private development projects and to purchase property, with him getting his cut off the estate agents or direct from the owners.

The Pakistanis are being channelled through a man by the name of Nadeem, who speaks in Pakistan as though he has total control on the acquiring of Maltese passports, and how he gets fast-track processing through his connections with a “top official” in the Maltese government.

You might also want to check out how the executive chairman’s son, Marc Vella Bonnici, is practising in the ‘IIP’ business when he is not licensed to do so.
