Not a good look for a head of state or any woman that age

That dress – I doubt that it was expressly designed to be shorter at the back – has ridden up in the rear and exposed the legs in an unflattering way.
And it has tiered flounces, which are all wrong for any woman over the age of 40 (at a stretch) and for anyone of whatever age who has a matronly figure.
If the head of state must insist on wearing black for anything other than mourning at a funeral, she should add a flash of colour.
Full marks, though, for not having any toes on display.
