Should the Law Commissioner have somebody like that as a FB friend?

One of the Law Commissioner’s Facebook friends is a certain Mazzola Gafa tal-Belt, ta’ Soho and currently ta’ Brazil.
He is known to the police, to put it mildly.
He is also a Stable-mate of Chris Cardona’s, the Minister for the Economy. I will not say that he is a friend of the prime minister, but the prime minister certainly seems content to be photographed with him.
