Muscat said this evening that part of his Jordanian multi-millionaire buddy’s sham ‘university’ – Joe Sammut specialises in shell companies and Joe Muscat specialises in shell universities – will now be built on and around the public pool at Marsascala.

No, it isn’t. The pool is located slap-bang in the middle of a designated Green Area.
