A telling photograph

This is a very telling photograph of the prime minister with his family friend Jeffrey Curmi, who was rapidly promoted through the ranks in a few weeks to become brigadier and Commander of the Armed Forces of Malta, with his predecessor Martin Xuereb forced out to make way for him.
Curmi was previously deployed at Mosta Fort, where explosives imported into Malta are stored.
