Ronnie Pellegrini, a long-time General Workers Union official and notorious thug of the Mintoffian Golden Years, is now on the public payroll in Minister Helena Dalli’s private secretariat, where he apparently he makes it his business li jaqdi l-Laburisti ta’ veru.
