James Debono in Malta Today raises awareness about the objectionable permit granted for the construction of a large store-room beneath Bingemma fort. He gives the name of the architectural practice which is handling the project and which handled the planning applications – XYZ Ltd – but omitted to mention that the Labour Party’s president, Daniel Micallef, is a partner in the firm.

Maybe the newspaper feels stupid saying something like that when the Labour Party’s deputy leader is its lawyer.
