Health & Energy Minister in Valletta pub at 11pm last night with his “communications coordinator”

At 11.05pm yesterday, I received an email from somebody I know, saying that Health & Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi was right that minute at the Ordnance Pub opposite St John’s Cavalier in Valletta, “with a bit of skirt and with a gentleman I don’t recognise”.
I sent him a couple of photographs of Konrad Mizzi’s “communications coordinator”, Lindsey Gambin, under the subject heading ‘Is this the bit of skirt?’ and he replied “Yes”.
P.S. Just to make things clear, the man’s hand on Miss Gambin’s chest here is not the Health & Energy Minister’s.
