Let’s not be surprised, shall we?

This is Nigel Vella, the person responsible for the lighting of the exterior of the Auberge de Castille, and the person in charge of Raymond Vella & Co Ltd’s ‘lighting division’.

Nigel Vella is a director and shareholder of Raymond Vella & Co Ltd along with his sister Stefania Grech (see post immediately before this one) and their parents, Mr and Mrs Raymond Vella.

The company was the sole bidder for what looks very much like a tailor-made tender, which it won at €300,000.
