Muscat says he’s not putting down the price of petrol and diesel so that we aren’t encouraged to use our cars

Can you believe this jerk? He’s been ripping us off on the price of petrol and fuel for months and months, and now, when challenged by the Opposition in parliament, he rides on the back of all this aggro about traffic and says that he is not putting down the prices because it will “incentivise people to use their cars”.
