Photoshop hair and Photoshop hair-dye for the prime minister – whatever next?

These photographs were released by the Department of Information at the Office of the Prime Minister last night. The most recent photographs of the prime minister, before these, show him with his usual light-coloured hair with the scant covering up top that is normal for Maltese men his age.

So I am assuming that he neither dyed his hair nor did a rapid Silvio Berlusconi over the weekend, but that somebody at the Department of Information thought that he should be very helpful with Photoshop. And achieved the opposite result.
