Shoddy standards at every level

Look at this major, messy error on the home page of the government’s ‘sale of citizenship’ web portal.
That is quite obviously meant to read ‘Introduction to Malta’s Individual Investor Programme’ – but first they used ‘Introduction to the’ and then somebody must have said “Ahjar tghid ‘Malta’s'”, and the result, which nobody checked, is that ‘the’ stayed where it is and ‘Malta’s’ got tacked on to the wrong line.
