Somebody has just sent in this comment about Silvio ‘Do You Know Who I Am’ Scerri:
Silvio Scerri of Nexos Lighting, ex chief of staff to Manuel Mallia, is in Gozo almost every day nowadays.You can find him in the citadel, overseeing the restoration project financed by the E.U. and also giving instructions.What exactly is he doing, and who has made him foreman there?
