There was a warden right there, very preoccupied with NOT issuing tickets. This kind of petty corruption by wardens and flagrant abuse of a pedestrian zone by people who think that the rules don’t apply to them will have to be addressed by former acting Police Commissioner Ray Zammit, the fine, upstanding and correct head of the government’s new wardens agency.
