So the Nationalist Party loses Joe Cassar and instead ‘gains’ Tony Abela IN-NUTAR (his car number-plate), just when we thought he was safely gone for good.
There are enough relics of a bygone age and assorted fossils in parliament on both sides of the house, though the electorate has been particularly good at eliminating most of those who would otherwise have sat on the Opposition benches. The last thing the Nationalist Party needs is that Tony Abela sitting there with a sign saying ‘image liability’ hanging round his neck.
