Family Minister’s consultant thinks Malta should be run like a Middle Eastern dictatorship

Andy Ellul, a Labour Party activist, brother to failed Labour electoral candidate Sharon No2EU Ellul Bonici, and consultant-on-the-payroll to Family and Social Affairs Minister Michael Farrugia, thinks that Malta has a lot to learn about “governance” from a Middle Eastern dictatorship where all resistance to oppression is immediately and fearsomely quashed.
