John Dalli – still squiring his Chinese business friends round government offices today

Yesterday, John Dalli was seen at the offices of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority with four Chinese people, going in to meetings with officials.
After that, they were spotted sightseeing at the Barrakka.
Now this afternoon – at around 4.30pm – Dalli was seen with a Chinese man and a few others near Transport Malta’s head office down in Grand Harbour.
“Hello, Joseph?”
