Kink of Sawt buys ice cream cone in Nort

Silvio Parnis, the self-professed “King tas-Sawt”, was spotted far north in Xlendi today, buying a luscious ice cream cone from Tal-Granola while dressed fetchingly in bright red.

Meanwhile, somebody who lives in Tarxien has sent me a mass-circulation leaflet which Parnis has distributed, promoting the “American University of Malta” as the biggest investment ever in the “south”, and presenting it as his own particular achievement.
