Malta has a knack of signing deals with governments just before they collapse

It’s Ukraine all over again (shame not Baku and Beijing too). There have been widespread riots and protests in Montenegro, demanding the resignation of the prime minister and his government, and immediate elections.

And this when Konrad Mizzi and EneChina have just signed a wind power deal with that government.
