Muscat envoy stops for coffee and causes mayhem

The prime minister’s special envoy for tourism, the obese Joe Grima who claims to be unable to walk and has a special disabled parking space outside his Sliema flat, was in Gozo yesterday.
He stopped for coffee and snacks at the Downtown Hotel in Victoria, double-parking his car on the doorstep and blocking several cars, whose owners couldn’t leave.
The police had to be called and the prime minister’s special envoy ordered to remove his car.
