Somebody’s nose is SERIOUSLY out of joint

The body language in this photograph is just extraordinary. Justin Trudeau is giving it up for the cameras in a red carpet moment and seems to have forgotten that there’s a man dangling off the end of his hand.

Muscat, the host, is aware that nobody is looking at him, that the power balance has shifted, and he’s not quite sure what to do or how he’s feeling.

The smirk and smugness are gone, and there’s no backslapping, Renzi-type chumminess. He’s thinking to himself, “Bl@@dy hell, this is one photograph I won’t be able to put in a frame or use in the general election campaign.”
