Government sends white TAXI 21 to pick up Norwegian prime minister

The Norwegian prime minister, Erna Solberg, was met on the airport apron, as she came off the flight from London yesterday, by two official-looking BMW cars and…a white taxi with TAXI 21 plates.
People coming off the same flight took one look and were in fits of laughter.
Have they run out of Volvos already, or are they keeping them in plastic ‘for di Chokimm’?
