Update on John Dalli and his Chinese associates

This morning they were spotted going in to the Gozo Ministry, having been dropped off there by a taxi-driver.

So far, we know that he’s been with them to:

the Malta Environment & Planning Authority
Transport Malta’s Head Office
the Malta Resources Authority
the Gozo Ministry

He was also spotted with them at the Upper Barrakka gardens and on the ferry to Gozo yesterday at lunchtime. My thanks to the readers who saw John Dalli with his four Chinese associates at these six locations and sent in messages.
