Where did the Office of the Prime Minister find this absolutely stellar interpreter?

There we go again, with that misguided and nonsensical determination to speak Maltese and have an interpreter translate it into English, when he can speak English himself in the first place.

The sense of farce is heightened by the fact that the prime minister’s English is better than that of his lousy interpreter, who can barely make himself understood.

Isn’t this government supposed to be liberal and progressive? Then why behave like a member of the Far Right with a fixation on nationalism?
