A liar and a cheat even down to the last detail

The executive chairman of the Malta Council for Science and Technology even feels compelled to lie about the presents that he and Lara Boffa have wrapped, and cheats by trying to pass off a picture of somebody else’s wrapped presents as his and Miss Boffa’s own, having taken that picture from a photo-library/image bank . Let’s hope that he, at least, paid for the right to use that picture. But I don’t think so. I think he downloaded the low-resolution version, without a watermark, from this site.
