Civil Liberties Minister Helena Dalli launches magazine edited by convicted cocaine trafficker
Civil Liberties Minister Helena Dalli has launched officially a magazine editedby twice-convicted cocaine trafficker Meinrad Calleja, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison in Malta for conspiring to sell six kilos of cocaine to convicted murdered Charles Muscat known as l-Pips, and who had previously been sentenced to jail in Rome for smuggling cocaine into Italy.
Recent events, including her appointment of the reviled Golden Years Lorry Sant thug Ronnie Pellegrini as her chief of staff, really have to make you wonder about Mrs Dalli’s unusual tolerance towards violence and illegal hard drugs – or rather, the crime of smuggling them.
All together now: “What a messed-up country.”
The man in this press photograph is not Meinrad Calleja but Maxim Cassar, director of the Philosophy Sharing Foundation.
