Comedy sketch about Maltese delegation on Canal Plus’s top-viewed Le Petit Journal

Eric et Quentin, the comic duo who feature routinely on Le Petit Journal, Canal Plus’s widely watched show (Canal Plus is a major French television network), have just done a sketch about the Maltese delegation at the recent climate conference.

It ties in with all the talk in the French media about the fuss, pomp and high security with which the US delegation moved around Paris during the conference. For comparative purposes, they chose Malta. Incidentally, the ‘interesting hair’, Middle Eastern comportment, ill-fitting suits, over-washed shirts and after-thought ties are so very close to home.
