Helena Dalli and the cocaine trafficker

Now they have really hit rock bottom. These are the photographs that Joseph Muscat won’t be using in his 2018 general election campaign: his minister Helena Dalli with convicted, long-time cocaine trafficker Meinrad Calleja, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison in Malta for conspiring to sell six kilos of cocaine to convicted murderer Charles Muscat, who had been sentenced to jail in Rome before that, on cocaine-smuggling charges, and who was under surveillance in Britain around that time for cocaine-smuggling from Brazil using brothels there as a front.
