Ian Borg: sponsored messages on Facebook to protest his innocence

Who is paying for them? Is he paying for them himself using his own private funds, or is he using ministry funds?
And he shouldn’t be using sponsored messages on Facebook anyway. He is a member of the cabinet of government, even if he is just 29 and showing tendencies to corruption and abuse. And it’s completely inappropriate.
