If environment NGOs knew about Ian Borg’s thesis, they would be even angrier at him

Environment NGOs have called for Ian Borg’s resignation from his cabinet post, following the Ombudsman’s report which has found that he obtained by suspect means a permit to develop his land in rural Dingli. The report has been forwarded to the Permanent Commission Against Corruption, which should be really busy right now but seems paralysed.
If they were to read his thesis they would be even angrier at him. It’s about the legal challenges of conserving biodiversity.
