Labour backbencher barges entire queue for Gozo ferry

This is a photograph of Labour backbencher Charles Buhagiar (with his JFK number-plate), barging the entire queue for the 12.45 pm Gozo ferry at Mgarr today.

Yet after racing right down the line in his JFK vehicle, he found that he couldn’t drive onto the boat because it was full, so he had to sit there like a lemon – an arrogant lemon – until the next ferry arrived, glared at in contempt and annoyance by the occupants of the entire line of cars which he had barged.

The man who sent me this picture – one of the barged – said: “I suppose we should be grateful that they didn’t make anybody reverse off the ferry so that this b@gger, His Royal Highness, could get on instead.”
