The one position of trust this government sorely needs but hasn’t filled is that of retained psychiatrist to the Office of the Prime Minister, what with this one here (he reports directly to the Prime Minister) and that other one in the post immediately prior to this (he’s a retained consultant to the Prime Minister).
The executive chairman of the Malta Council for Science and Technology, who reports directly to the Prime Minister. People are in the habit of secretly spiking his drinks. leading to unfortunate episodes.
