Marco Gaffarena is still at it

I received this email earlier today (Wednesday).

I saw Marco Gaffarena at the Land Registry in West Street, Valletta today at noon. He came down from the first floor, where the offices of the senior employees are located, wearing a big smile. I’m sorry I don’t have a picture but I didn’t fancy ending up the same way that bus driver did.
