Prime Minister’s special envoy calls David Cameron and other EU leaders “qatta rmixk”

Please note that the subject of this post is NOT (1) immigration, (2) refugees, or (3) the sex attacks in Cologne. The subject is how the Prime Minister’s special envoy has called David Cameron, to whom the Prime Minister sucks up avidly, and other European leaders, “scum”.
And to make matters worse, he used the sub-literate under-class mispronunciation “qatta”, which he no doubt considers more aggressive and gangster-like, of “qabda”.
