Sandro Chetcuti can’t contain his excitement at the thought of making so much hay while the sun shines

You will observe that during the discussions Sandro Chetcuti – who is also president of the Malta Developers Association – has become terribly aroused at the thought of making all that hay while the sun shines.

He really should be careful, or the President of the Law Commission will emerge from his Strait Street lair with a net and attempt to add him to his collection.
