Sister of ‘ordinary working-class lad’ in PM’s video at Best in Business Awards

This is Amanda Cefai nee Agius, whose brother Fernando Agius cooperated with the Prime Minister in fraudulently pretending to the electorate that he is an ordinary working-class lad who bought his home thanks to the government’s tax benefits.

Amanda and Fernando are the son and daughter of Brigida/Brigitte Agius, who is a main shareholder and director of Construct Furniture, the company set up by her father who was Piju Camilleri’s brother.

Construct Furniture has won major contracts from the Labour government, including one of almost half a million euros last summer for the refurbishment of Dar Malta in Brussels. It is also a participating company in the consortium/joint venture which two weeks ago was awarded a €22.5 million tender for the construction of the Kappara junction flyover.
