Konrad Mizzi put ex Super One reporter Julia Farrugia on the public payroll as ‘communications coordinator’ for Projects Malta, and she wakes up in the morning tweeting Mao-ist praise of him.
These people would have been so much happier, so much more in their element, in an Asian totalitarian dictatorship.
